Inventory Management

Tolan’s Inventory Management module tracks the on hand levels of available inventory. Our module integrates with Bar code scanning devices to provide real time inventory Status within the warehouse. The module can set alerts to notify appropriate personnel of min/max quantity levels and lead times and issue a Purchase Order to the specific Vendor for the component or part to be ordered.

 

This module prevents out of stock delays and enables the manufacturer to complete the order to the customer.

 

Reports

Each module contains standards reports specific to ensuring management and employees have the necessary information to make the necessary business decisions in real time.

Accounting Integration
